Dewayne & Angy Gardner started Uncle D's Blazin' BBQ back in 2011 to feed the masses and meet new people.
Dewayne, who is originally from Birmingham, Alabama - grew up cooking as a child. He went on to cook in the military, and continued as a chef for 11 years.
His experience and interest in smoking food, and love for southern cooking, prompted this husband/wife duo to open Uncle D's Blazin' BBQ.
Their trailer looks like a cabin, and all of their recipes have been passed down within Dewayne & Angy's family.
"Our restaurant name comes as a reminder that every dish includes a twist of Uncle D" says Angy.
Their truck has been family run since day one, and they treat their customers like family.
The restaurant specializes in good homestyle cooking, and has a family friendly atmosphere.
