INGREDIENTS

  • Pre-filled cream puffs
  • 2 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup of water
  • 1 tsp. of salt

DIRECTIONS

Combine sugar, water and salt in small pan. Heat on medium-high and stir occasionally until sugar is fully dissolved. Once the mixture starts boiling and begins thickening, remove from heat. Dip bottom of cream puffs individually into the sugar glaze. Start arranging cream puffs into holiday tree formation. Once the tower is complete, drizzle with remaining sugar glaze. To achieve stringy consistency, dip two forks into sugar glaze and rub them together, pulling them apart. This creates delicate crystal lines.
