These tomatoes came from the last of the heirloom harvest. This is one of the simplest hold-me-over-till-dinner snacks. Slice up a green, yellow and red heirloom tomato and arrange in a gradient atop a slice of freshly-baked bread. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil above and garnish with a pinch of salt and pepper.
