Baby Back Brewskis

Smothered with chili, jalapeño, garlic and spice infused bbq sauce. These wings are so spicy you'll want double the Red Stripes. What are you cooking for the big game?

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 - 3 racks of baby back ribs
  • 3 (12 oz.) bottles of Red Stripe® beer
  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS FOR INTENSELY SPICEY BBQ SAUCE

  • 1 container of Sweet Baby Rays® BBQ Sauce
  • 2 - 3 tbsp. Sriracha
  • 1  jalapeño pepper, chopped
  • 1 - 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dash of red pepper flakes
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of all spice
  • Dash of nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

Add baby back ribs to a large pan, then add bottles of Red Stripe® beer. Let ribs steam on medium heat for about 1 hour, or until the meat is easily pierced through with a fork.

In the mean time, make your bbq sauce. Add all ingredients into a medium sized pan. Stir until evenly blended and let simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. 

Once the ribs are fully cooked, remove them from their pan and lay them flat onto a baking sheet. Salt and pepper to taste. Broil ribs in oven until crispy. Remove from oven to fully coat ribs with a thick layer of bbq sauce. Broil in the oven for another 5 - 10 minutes. Remove and enjoy with a sweet, cold brewski.
