1 Small or Half of a Whole, Chopped up Vidalia Onion
1 - 2 Minced Jalapeno Peppers, 1 Whole for garnish
4 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Parsley Stalks
Salt and Red Pepper Flakes
1 - 2 Bags of Flax Seed Tortilla Chips
1. On a cutting board, chop up each of your ingredients.
