I'm in love with apple cider in the fall. I was craving it again this afternoon, so instead of enjoying it on its own, I figured I'd give it a twist and spice it up with a little rum. I think you should too. Happy Saturday - Cheers!
1 oz. Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum
3 oz. apple cider
1 container of apple caramel dip
Mix rum and apple cider in a shaker with ice. Rim martini glasses with apple caramel dip. Cut your apple horizontally through its core, highlighting the star shape at its center. Cut a slice about a 1/4 inch wide. Pour cocktail mixture in glass and float apple slice atop.
