Step 3: Add chopped pepper to the meat mixture along with a dash of ground salt and black pepper. Then, splash with some teriyaki sauce and a bit of your favorite hot sauce. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 4: Shape meat mixture into patty. TIP - To achieve a "well done" status, don't make the patty too thick or too thin, goldielocks. A medium thickness always helps to keep the moisture in while also cooking thoroughly. If you like to see pink meat, just disregard my biased tip.

Ya'll better watch out, these babies come packed with a punch (of poblano pepper that is). These half beef, half turkey burgers are a whole lot of goodness. If you're a burger lover as obsessed with spice as I am, you have to try 'em. Follow along for your easy step-by-step dinner below.
