Every night I look forward to starting off my morning routine with a smoothie. There's something about replenishing a tired mind with a refreshing, vitamin packed treat to get your senses going.
This breakfast beverage will wake you (and your metabolism) right up. It's packed with ingredients that naturally aid digestion, boost memory and create energy; making it the perfect treat to sip on during your morning commute to work. It's incredibly simple to make, taking less then 5 minutes from start to finish.

6 - 8 sliced, strawberries
1 sliced, mango
1 sliced, peach
1/2 cup of non-fat yogurt (I'm using vanilla for this recipe. Feel free to experiment with your favorite flavors as well.)
1 cup of ice
2 splashes of coconut juice
In a blender, add all fruit and splashes of coconut juice. Blend until fruit is pureed, then add ice and your favorite non-fat yogurt. Blend for another minute, or until you find your perfect consistency. Serve in a tall glass and sip from a straw for more fun. Enjoy!
