STEP 3: Mince Garlic and Rosemary together to create seasoning for tenderloin

STEP 4: Put garlic and herbs on tenderloin. Season with Salt and Pepper.

After seasoning, place pork into the oven on high. GIve the pork 10 minutes on each side to get nice and crispy. Once cooked, let the pork rest for 10 minutes before shaving. Letting it rest will ensure it to be moist and juicy.

 4 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 2 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
