It's almost Thanksgiving day and I couldn't wait to share my table design with you. I'm extremely proud of this centerpiece display made entirely of organic material, with a birch wood log floral arrangement focal point. After cutting some scrap wood from a tree in the backyard, I hallowed out it's interior to fit a glass vase. This is where I filled dried hydrangea puffs with mixed-in natural twigs and leaves. I made the look cohesive with my twinkling twigs from a couple weeks back. (Tutorial for twinkling twigs.) I then arranged harvested fruits and nuts down the table runner to fill in the gaps and create an abundance of organic colors and textures. The perfect combination of Autumn and Thanksgiving cues.
